This project was created in collaboration with Sharehouse Video for their client Auyin Developments, capturing the refined design and intentional architecture of Pavilion Green’s Skyhomes.

Designed as part of a broader precinct vision by CBG Architects, the development draws on the area’s red coastal bluffs, established gum trees, and the calm of nearby bay waters to create a living experience deeply connected to its surroundings.

Inside, the Skyhomes are defined by soaring 3.2-metre ceilings, full-height glazing, and an abundance of natural light that moves through the space from sunrise to sunset. Warm herringbone timber flooring, natural stone detailing, and beautifully considered finishes create a sense of comfort, refinement, and enduring quality.
